OUR PROMISE TO YOU - SAFETY POLICIES AND PROTOCOLS
We have always had the highest standards for our studio’s cleanliness and safety. We will continue to keep these high standards while adding more measures to ensure we continue to provide the safest environment possible for our clients and staff.
Cleaning and Disinfecting
We will be cleaning all surfaces after every class. This includes all equipment, barres, door handles, lockers and light switches. Any surface that is exposed to clients and staff will be disinfected multiple times daily and before and after every class. We will be extending the time between classes to 30 minutes to allow for cleaning and sanitization. In addition, we will continue to have the studios professionally cleaned as we always have.
Temperature Checks / Hand Washing
All staff members will have their temperature checked before entering the studio. Additionally, all staff members will be required to thoroughly wash their hands according to CDC guidelines immediately upon entering the studios.
We will continue to have hand sanitizing stations in each studio lobby and restrooms and encourage all clients to use it as they enter and exit the studio.
Class Booking & Check-In Process
We encourage all class bookings to be made in advance via our website, www.corefittx.com or our Corefit App. We ask that as you arrive to the studio you stay physically distanced from one another. Please bring a limited amount of items into the studios as nothing is to be put into the lockers in the lobby at this time.
We will not be using the iPads to check into class. Our Client Services staff will check you into class as you arrive.
Class Size & Distance Between Mats
Our class sizes will be reduced to ensure there is 6ft. between each mat. Our instructors will not be giving any hands on corrections until further notice. If you have a specific question, please feel free to ask your instructor before or after class while keeping the proper amount of distance. We are always here to make sure you are getting the most out of your classes!
Per government regulation, starting Monday, June 22, 2020, all businesses in San Antonio now require face coverings for employees and visitors where appropriate physical distancing is not possible. All of our Client Services staff will be wearing masks and our Instructors will wear masks in studios except for when they are teaching. Since we are able and are keeping appropriate distance between mats you are not required to wear masks during your workout but are welcome to if you wish. We encourage you to wear masks when entering and exiting the studio.
Lockers in the Lobby
Our lockers in the lobby will be unavailable at this time. We encourage you to only bring the necessities with you to the studio. You will be allowed to carry them into the studio.
We will not be providing towel service at this time. Please bring a small towel from home, if needed.
Due to the reduced class sizes, the cancellation policy will be enforced. Please cancel 2 hours prior to class.
YOUR PROMISE TO US
SICK = STAY HOME
Since COVID-19 presents with a variety of symptoms, including but not limited to, fever and cough, we ask that for the safety of all, please self screen and do not come to class if you are exhibiting any symptoms or feel ill. You will NOT be charged for a late cancel due to illness.
If you have tested positive for COVID-19, are awaiting test results, or have been knowingly exposed / come into contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please do not come to the studio for 14 days or until you have tested negative for COVID-19.
Maintain Physical Distance / Minimize Contact
We are all excited to see one another again and know it will be hard not to hug or greet your barre besties and instructors. Until the physical distance requirements are lifted, we ask that you maintain 6 feet of distance between one another and refrain from person-to-person contact.
Thoroughly wash your hands according to CDC guidelines and sanitize your hands immediately upon entering the studios.
